How do I choose the right bike size?
We provide a comprehensive sizing chart on every product page. For the best fit, we recommend measuring your height and inside leg length, or visiting one of our stores for a professional fitting.
Do bikes arrive fully assembled?
Online orders are shipped partially assembled in a secure box for safety. You will need to attach the handlebars, pedals, and front wheel. We include basic tools and instructions, or you can opt for our 'Ready to Ride' in-store pickup service.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return policy for bikes in 'as-new' condition. If the bike has been ridden extensively or damaged, a restocking fee may apply. Please keep your original packaging for easier returns.
Do you offer professional bike servicing?
Yes, every 99 Bikes location features a full-service workshop staffed by expert mechanics. New bikes purchased from us also include a complimentary first service to be used within the first three months.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and interest-free financing options like Afterpay and Zip Money to help you get on the road sooner.
Does my new bike come with a warranty?
All our bikes come with a manufacturer's warranty covering frame defects and components. Warranty periods vary by brand, typically ranging from two years to a lifetime on frames for the original owner.
